The trust is involved in the lives of poor children all around India. The transportation facility is available in Delhi-NCR to the trust's rehabilitation center and from rehabilitation center to Delhi-NCR. Today, it is stated with ultimate pride that people from all around the world volunteer to become a part of the RIT. People from all over the globe donate to the trust and for the poor little children who are either diseased or disabled.
