Ensuring Effective Campaigning At Relief India Trust

Any campaign initiated at Relief India Trust becomes a campaign for the entire team. To make the campaign as effective as possible, team members invest much time. It is during the weekends that many of the activities of volunteers take place. Depending upon the availability of time, studies and research can be done; online networking and giving updates to the group of volunteers can be done whenever time is available.

Not only the employees who work on a full time basis but even students can become volunteers for Relief India Trust. Professionals such as photographers, musicians, film makers, dancers etc. can use their skills to mobilize talent in an effective manner to advocate the cause – protecting rights of children and the needy; with the support offered by Relief India Trust.
Working as a volunteer is easy and convenient, being possible from the comfort of home. In order to remain in touch with ground realities, many of the volunteers also engage themselves in field work as well. It is the sheer conviction and effort put in by the volunteers at Relief India Trust that helps in bringing about a positive change in children’s lives.

There is no certificate issued to the volunteers for commitment towards this social work, but the level of satisfaction speaks volumes. However, after completion of one year as a volunteer, a certificate or letter of appreciation is certainly awarded to volunteers if needed, for being engaged in voluntary services at Relief India Trust. There is no salary paid but any kind of expense related to photocopying, traveling etc. is certainly reimbursed. An authority letter is provided if required to indicate proof of being a volunteer at Relief India Trust.
Relief India Trust volunteers can help in mobilizing core competencies while volunteering at NGOs and with professionals in the corporate industry. Volunteering based on community strengths is facilitated via NGO work. From skillful expertise to addressing different communities through non-government organizations, skill based volunteering is facilitated by the volunteers at the Trust. For Corporates, community events are also facilitated by Relief India Trust, and more directly for communities and NGOs.
